Miller-El v. Dretke, 125 S. Ct. 2317 (2005) [FindLaw] [Lexis], holding, in a capital case, that a Texas prosecutor violated equal protection by using his peremptory challenges to strike black prospective jurors from jury service (see also Miller-El v. Cockrell, 537 U.S. 322 (2003) [FindLaw] [Lexis]; Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79 (1986) [FindLaw] [Lexis]).
